They'll always keep their word, very professional, Sean / Shaun at the Sprague, Spokane Valley location always treats me like family. He will make sure your Mechanical problem is solved amicably. If you're not satisfied, he will have your Vehicle rechecked. I bought a used, FX35 and took it to AAMCO and now am in love with my car, it runs like new. They definitely know what they're doing. I’d like to say Aamco is an amazing place to have car repair done!! I had recently purchased a new/ used car only to realize a few days later that the tranny was slipping and something I didn’t notice when I test drove it and sadly I purchased it as is with cash so I was super bummed when I noticed the issues. Aamco came highly recommend by several ppl to me so I called them right away and Shawn got me in a couple days later for a diagnosis. The same day they called me back to let me know I’d need a whole tranny rebuild which I was sad to hear but I went ahead and had them do it as I really needed my new car running properly. They left my car in the shop and told me it would be a couple weeks to get it back as they had to order parts and then do the whole rebuild. The whole time my car was there Shawn at the front desk kept me posted on the progress and even gave me a number that I could text him directly if I had any questions along the way which was nice!! To my surprise I got a call about a week later to let me know it was done and ready for pick up and I was stoked to hear I was getting it earlier than expected!! The total cost of the rebuild was a little over $4k which I’ve heard is a pretty good price for a whole rebuild plus they also let me know of a few other things that needed addressed which we decided to take care of ourselves. All the guys were very thorough with diagnosing any problems and gave me a full print out of all the work done. The guys were super fast very professional and I felt the whole time my car was in the best hands!! I’d recommend ANYONE to them as my car is running top tier now and I have a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty on their work as well. I take it back for a quick check up in a couple days where they just ensure everything is running like it’s supposed to. I can’t emphasize enough that these guys are extremely trustworthy and so friendly and professional. I won’t take my car anywhere else for work only Aamco from here on out! Thank you to the whole Aamco team for your great work and outstanding customer service and knowledge you guys have truly made me so happy and I’m so glad my car is running the right way and I feel at ease knowing it was done by a team who is truly knowledgeable and dependable!!
Professional, reasonably priced service that they care about. I've worked with several mechanics in the valley, and these guys did very well. Will absolutely use them for future repairs.
I was so impressed with this shop! When the issue wasn’t the transmission, although it was affected, they troubleshot & found a crazy brake light bulb/fuse issue that was causing all the problems. They still put a better transmission filter in and changed that oil, but it was well worth the trip to the Valley & the money to have these issues resolved.
Great service, the staff was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Definitely coming back.
